3-12-20: APPLICATION OF OTHER PROVISIONS:

Nothing in this chapter shall excuse or relieve the licensee, owner, proprietor or person in charge of any place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold from the restrictions and requirements of any other provision of this Code or of the Statutes of the State of Illinois.
