3-12-18: VIOLATIONS:
   (A)   Underage Person; Fine: Any person under the age of twenty one (21) years who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in an amount as provided in this Code for each and every offense.
   (B)   Parent Fine: Any parent or guardian who shall knowingly suffer or permit any child of which he may be the parent or guardian to violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in an amount as provided in this Code for each and every offense.
   (C)   Parents And Licensee: Any parent, guardian or licensee who willingly and knowingly allows a person under the age of twenty one (21) years to sit at the bar on a stool or any type of seat at the bar will be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each and every offense.
   (D)   Employment Of Minors: It shall be unlawful for any licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee to engage or employ or permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to tend bar, draw, pour, mix, serve or in any manner participate in the retail sale of any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises.
