5-3-22: POSSESSION, PURCHASE, CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY PERSONS UNDER TWENTY ONE YEARS OF AGE, EXCEPTIONS:
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to have any alcoholic liquor in his possession on any street or public place or in any place open to the public; provided, however, this prohibition does not apply to possession by a person under the age of twenty one (21) years making a delivery of an alcoholic liquor in pursuance of the order of his parent or in pursuance of his employment.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to consume, purchase, attempt to purchase, accept a gift of, or accept delivery of alcoholic liquor or have such alcoholic liquor in his possession; provided, however, that the possession and dispensing or consumption by a person under the age of twenty one (21) years of alcoholic liquor in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or the consumption by a person under the age of twenty one (21) years under the direct supervision and approval of the parents or parent of such person in the privacy of a home is not prohibited by this section.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to present or offer to any liquor licensee, his agent or employee, any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age and identity which is false, fraudulent, or not actually his own for the purpose of ordering, purchasing, attempting to purchase or otherwise procuring or attempting to procure, the serving of any alcoholic beverage, or who has in his possession a false or fraudulent written, printed or photostatic evidence of age and identity.
   (D)   Except as otherwise provided hereinabove, it shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the Village to knowingly allow any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to remain on such premises while in the possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of this Code.
