(A) Discharging Weapons: It shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms or air guns, BB guns or any toy gun projecting lead or any missiles, excepting in a regularly established shooting gallery; provided, that this section shall not be construed to prohibit any officer of the law from discharging a firearm in the performance of his duty; nor to any citizen from discharging a firearm when lawfully defending the person or property.
(B) Concealing Weapons: It shall be unlawful to carry any concealed weapons in the Village in violation of the laws of this State.
(C) Missiles: It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, alley or other public place. (Ord. 79-O-11, 3-26-1979; amd. Ord. 80-O-1, 1-14-1980)
