It shall be unlawful for any person to perform, cause or allow any of the acts enumerated herein to occur on or upon any street or right-of-way and where the provisions of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-209 have been complied with upon certain designated private drives in the Village. (A) The depositing or disposing of any debris or other material of any kind, including, but not limited to, grass clippings, yard debris, snow, ice, dirt, mud and rubbish.
(B) The directing or discharge of any stormwater into any street pavement, regardless of whether said discharge is channeled directly onto the pavement or indirectly through a pipe or conduit. (Ord. 79-O-11, 3-26-1979)
(C) The discharging of sanitary and industrial wastewater into any storm sewer and/or drainage facility. (Ord. 80-O-19, 4-14-1980)
