No person shall keep or maintain within the Village any contractors' storage yard, meaning thereby any yard or place where contractors' equipment, including, but without limitation thereto, steamrollers, excavating machinery, asphalt pavement plants, tar kettles, wagons, graders and building forms, are kept or stored, without first obtaining a license therefor.
