No person shall maintain or operate within the Village any material storage yard, meaning thereby a yard or place where brick, stone, gravel, cement, tile, sewer pipe or other building materials are stored or kept for sale, without first obtaining a license therefor; provided, that a lumberyard, a coal yard and a material storage yard or any combination of them may be maintained or operated by the same persons at the same location upon the payment of the single annual license fee set forth in section 3-1A-1 of this title.
