(a) No person shall bury or inter human remains, or permit the burial or interment of human remains, on or within any property over which he exercises any control within the corporation limits of the Municipality, except public cemeteries and burial grounds within the Municipality which are set apart and dedicated as public cemeteries or burial grounds.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
