505.04 ANIMAL NOISES.
   (a)   No person being the owner or having charge of any dog or other animal shall permit it to bark, howl or emit sounds, either continuously or intermittently, for a period of fifteen minutes or more, which sounds are audible upon the property of persons other than the owner or person in charge or control of such dog or animal.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
