345.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the following penalties:

   (a)   For violating any provision of 345.05, 345.06, 345.07, 345.08(a), 345.08(b), 345.08(e) and 345.09(a), (b), (c) and (d) hereof, such person shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (b)   For violating any provision of 345.08(c), 345.08(d) and 345.08(f) hereof, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and subject to the imposition of a maximum fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000), six months imprisonment, or both. (Ord. 1987-45. Passed 10-22-87.)
