343.05 CERTIFICATE OF NECESSITY.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in this Municipality for the transportation of persons or property, for compensation or for hire, without first obtaining a certificate of necessity as required by Ohio R. C. 4921.07
