331.47 DRIVING ONTO OR FROM EXPRESS LANES.

(a) No person shall operate a vehicle entering onto or exiting from the express lane(s) at other than a dedicated and authorized ramp established by public authority.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
