759.05 OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA BUSINESSES.

Medical Marijuana Businesses operating in the City shall comply with the provisions of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program or any other applicable state or local law or regulation.
