The Council of the City of Willoughby Hills hereby appoints the organization, known as Willoughby Hills Seniors Inc. to serve as the facilitator exclusively for all senior activities held in the Willoughby Hills Senior Center. Willoughby Hills Senior Inc. will have a Board of Trustees which shall govern the activities held at the Willoughby Hills Senior Center. This Board of Trustees will be comprised of senior residents of Willoughby Hills with the Recreation Coordinator of Willoughby Hills serving as a full member.
