(a) A masseur or masseuse registration issued by the Building Department shall be revoked or suspended where it appears that the masseur or masseuse has been convicted of a offense which would be cause for denial of a registration upon an original application; has made a false statement on an application for a registration, is under the age of eighteen (18) years; or has committed an act in violation of this Chapter.
(b) The Building Department, in revoking or suspending a masseur or masseuse registration, shall give the registration holder a written notice specifying the grounds thereof. Such person may within ten (10) days of receipt of such revocation or suspension file a written request for appeal with the Clerk of that Board for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board after such hearing, may sustain, disapprove or modify such order.
