This Chapter shall not apply to the following:
(a) Hospitals, nursing homes, sanitariums, Medicaid offices and public health centers, physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, osteopaths, state registered nurses, or physical therapists who are duly licensed to practice their respective professions in the State of Ohio, or any person working under the direct supervision of and in the presence of any such persons.
(b) Establishments owned and operated by a person licensed or registered by the State of Ohio while performing his or her registered profession.
(c) Establishments that provide the services of a licensed cosmetologist, registered barber, registered barber apprentice, or licensed chiropractor.
(d) As used in this section, "licensed" means licensed, certified, or registered to practice by the State of Ohio.
