There is hereby created a fund known as the Law Enforcement - DEA Trust Fund.
(a) All funds seized or forfeited that are sent to the DEA for disposition and returned by the DEA after the case has been adjudicated shall be paid into the Law Enforcement - DEA Trust Fund.
(b) Expenditures from said Fund shall be made at the written direction of the Chief of Police pursuant to the Law Enforcement Trust Fund Internal Control Policy attached hereto as “Exhibit A”, consisting of (2) pages and incorporated herein by reference.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Ohio Bureau of Inspection for approval of the creation of said Fund.
