(a) In addition to the other penalties provided by law, any person, firm or corporation whose residence or business has been equipped with an emergency alarm system as described in Section 715.08 without first meeting the terms ofthis chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor less that fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) In addition to the other penalties provided by law, whoever violates or fails to comply with any other provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
