715.14 RULES AND REGULATIONS; ENFORCEMENT.

The Director of Public Safety or his authorized representative shall make and enforce such rules and regulations as he may deem necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and for the proper determination and collection of fees and charges provided for herein.
