(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the “Pleasant Valley Road Bridge Maintenance and Capital Repair Fund”.
(b) The Director of Finance shall receipt the funds into the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge Maintenance and Capital Repair Fund as transferred from the Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund as well as any other authorized revenue sources.
(c) Expenditures shall be made from the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge Maintenance and Capital Repair Fund to pay for the costs associated with the repair, maintenance and replacement of the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge.
(d) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Bureau of Inspection for approval of the creation of the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge Maintenance and Capital Repair Fund. (Ord. 2003-45. Passed 7-24-03.)
