Each employee of an alarm business having reason to be physically present within the City of Willoughby Hills on official alarm business shall have in their possession an identification card issued by their alarm business employer. The identification card shall
include the following: employee's name, address, date of birth, recent photograph, and an
inscription signifying that the card is the property of the alarm business.
