(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the “Community Center Complex Donation Fund”. Funds received by the City as a result of donations for bricks, tables, benches, a flagpole and other general purpose donations for the Community Center Complex together with other sources of revenue approved by Council shall be paid into this fund.
(b) Expenditures shall be made from the “Community Center Complex Donation Fund” to pay for bricks, benches, tables, a flag pole, interior furnishings, exterior landscaping and all other appurtenances deemed necessary for the operation and aesthetics of the Community Center Complex.
(c) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to make application to the Bureau of Inspection for approval of the creation of the Community Center Complex Donation Fund. (Ord. 2003-27. Passed 5-8-03.)
