(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the “Engineering Deposit Fund”.
(b) The Director of Finance shall receipt into the Engineering Deposit Fund deposits made by individuals to cover the costs incurred by the City Engineer.
(c) Expenditures shall be made from the Engineering Deposit Fund to pay the costs incurred by the City Engineer in providing services associated with the individual’s or developer’s proposed building and construction projects, and also the inspection fees that may be incurred by the City Engineer for these projects.
