135.19 D.A.R.E. FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the D.A.R.E. Fund. All funds received by the City as a result of the proceeds of grants, donations, etc. shall be paid into such separate fund.

(b) Expenditures shall be made from the D.A.R.E. Fund specifically for the purpose intended. (Ord. 1999-35. Passed 10-14-99.)
