(a) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the Bishop Road Widening Project Fund. All funds received by the City as a result of the proceeds of County Reimbursement, State Reimbursement, donations, right-of-way assessments, etc., shall be paid into such separate fund.
(b) Expenditures shall be made from the Bishop Road Widening Project Fund specifically for the purpose intended. (Ord. 1998-57. Passed 9-10-98.)
(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (e) of 135.07, net interest earned on the investment of idle funds in the Bishop Road Widening Project Fund shall be credited to such fund. (Ord. 2000-59. Passed 9-14-00.)
