(a) There is hereby created the Yard Waste Management Fund. All funds received by the City from the Lake County Solid Waste District-Yard Waste Financial Assistance Program shall be paid into such separate fund; and
(b) Expenditures shall be made from such Fund to develop and/or manage the City's Yard Waste Management Program including, but not limited to, the acquisition and/or maintenance of equipment and/or vehicles for use in the City's Yard Waste Management Program.
