(a) There shall be the following positions in the Mayor's Court:
Class AA - Clerk of Court
Class A -Deputy Clerk of Court
Class B- Deputy Clerk of Court
Head Dispatcher - Deputy Clerk
Class 1 - Dispatcher - Deputy Clerk
Class 2 - Dispatcher - Deputy Clerk
Class 3 - Dispatcher - Deputy Clerk
Class A - Bailiff
Class B - Bailiff
Class C - Bailiff
(b) Such employees shall be appointed by the Mayor and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(c) Such employees shall perform such duties as may be required by law and such further duties as shall be assigned to them in the operation of the Mayor's Court. Each of the employees shall give bond in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20, 000), the premiums of which shall be paid by the City. Existing bonds shall continue in full force and effect until their expiration. (Ord. 1985-42. Passed 7-25-85.)
