(a) Fees for photocopies of Municipal records shall be as follows:
$.05 for each page 8-1/2x11 or 8-1/2x14 or the actual cost for copies that cannot be reproduced with the use of City equipment.
(b) All appointed and elected City officials shall be granted on free copy of any public documents. Additional copies will be provided at the fee rates as stated in subsection (a).
(c) If the report is to be mailed, a stamped, self-addressed envelope is required along with the fee payment for copying. If a stamped, self-addressed envelope is not provided, the cost of postage will need to be included with the copying fee payment.
