135.02 JOHNSON FUND.

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to set up a special fund designated the “Johnson Fund”, exclusively for the benefit of blind and crippled children of the City.

No expenditures from the Johnson Fund shall be made until authorized by specific action of Council. (Res. 1956-40. Passed 12-13-56.)
