(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12, there is hereby created a special fund of the City, which fund shall be the repository for all receipts of Federal revenue sharing moneys, pursuant to Section 123 (A)(1) of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972.
(b) The fund created by virtue of subsection (a) hereof, shall be designated “The Federal General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.” (Ord. 1972-31. Passed 11-30-72.)
