1505.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Any person who is cited for a violation of this chapter for parking or leaving standing an unattended motor vehicle, in addition to the impounding provisions and charges provided by Sections 303.08 and 351.01 of the Traffic Code, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Chapter 351, all of which are incorporated by reference.
 
   (b)    Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter upon conviction of the first offense shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both for each offense. Any person convicted of subsequent violation of this chapter shall upon conviction shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both for each offense. Such person shall be deemed guilty of separate offenses for each day, every day, or portions thereof during which any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed, permitted, or continued.
