1503.02 FIRE CHIEF MAY DISALLOW EXCEPTIONS.
   Exceptions to the open burning law shall not apply to any instance or any situation wherein the Chief of the Fire Department or designee deems it unsafe to allow such fire and has notified the owner or occupier of the premises to that effect. In addition, where, as a result of two or more violations concerning excessive smoke or obnoxious odors resulting from such fires, due warning to cease and desist has been ignored by the owner or occupier of the premises to that effect, such exceptions shall not apply.
