1501.06 REQUIRED MATERIAL IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS.

In the following designated districts, as established by the Planning and Zoning Code of the City, all buildings shall be of approved masonry construction; unless the building is equipped throughout with an approved automatic fire protection system.

B District Commercial

E Research and Development

M District Multi-Family

M-l District - High Rise Apartment
