1501.05 DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS IS PROHIBITED.

The storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited anywhere within the City limits, except as allowed by the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals, and with a permit issued by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
