1501.04 BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION; ENFORCEMENT.

The Bureau of Fire Prevention, in the Fire Department shall enforce the National, Ohio and BOCA Fire Codes for the City; which is hereby created and established. The Fire Chief shall be the supervisor and shall appoint such officers and personnel thereto as are deemed necessary. Appointments to the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be of such time and duration as determined by the Fire Chief.
