The following terms as used in the National Fire Codes adopted herein shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
(a) "Municipality" means the City of Willoughby Hills.
(b) "Corporation counsel" means the Law Director.
(c) “Person(s)” shall include owners, occupants, corporations, corporation directors, landlords, tenants and any agents, or any person who has the “final word on complying with the Fire Code as set forth in the Willoughby Hills Codified Ordinances.” The “final word” does not mean “final” but instead “the authority required to exercise significant control over the corporation's financial affairs, regardless of whether the individual exercises such control in fact.”
(d) “Commercial occupancy” shall include all buildings in the following zone districts:
B District Commercial
E Research and Development
M District Multi-Family
M-1 District - High Rise Apartments
