1377.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

   The City of Willoughby Hills and/or the Lake County Stormwater Management Department shall administer, monitor, inspect, implement and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The Mayor and/or designee will represent the City of Willoughby Hills on all matters affecting the administration and enforcement of this regulation.
