1375.01 PLACEMENT OF REFUSE RECEPTACLE.

No commercial property owner, occupant or other individual, person, corporation or other entity shall cause or allow any refuse receptacle to be stored, used, maintained or otherwise placed in any area within the City without Planning Commission approval.
