1373.99 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   (a)   Any person, firm or corporation other than the homeowner who performs or authorizes the performance of any work in the City without first obtaining a certificate of registration and the appropriate permits, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this code is committed, continued or permitted.
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation who performs or authorizes the performance of any work in the City after having his application for registration refused or after having his certificate of registration revoked shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this code is committed, continued or permitted.

   (c)   Penalty. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
