1373.10 PERMITS ISSUED ONLY TO REGISTERED CONTRACTORS.

No permit (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or Zoning) required by the provisions of the ordinances of the City shall be issued for work to be undertaken by any contractor except to a registered contractor.
