(a) Any revocation or suspension or refusal to issue or renew certificate of registration or any other action or determination by an administrative officer under the provisions of this chapter may be appealed to the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals as provided for in Chapter 1117 provided that notice is given only by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county and only by certified mail to the person registered or to be registered, the property owner and the general contractor.
(b) The Mayor, as Chief Executive of the Municipality shall be responsible for the establishment, enforcement and collection of all Board of Building & Zoning Appeals fees and deposits required for consultants. (Ord. 2005-99. Passed 8-29-05.)
