Every applicant for registration shall, upon approval of the application, furnish evidence of liability insurance for bodily injury in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000), and for property damage in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
