The occupancy license provided for in this chapter shall clearly specify the name and address of the person to whom it is issued, and in addition, if such person is not the owner, the name and address of such owner and of his agent, if any. It shall also specify the location of the building for which the license is granted, the number of rooms if the building is a multiple dwelling as defined in Section 1349.01 and the maximum number of persons that will be permitted to occupy such building if it is a multiple dwelling as defined in Section 1349.01 herein, and the date of the expiration of the license and such other information as the Building Inspector prescribes.
