1347.03 EXISTING ONE AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.

All existing one and two-family residential buildings, upon change of occupancy or upon structural change or modification costing more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be provided with an approved early warning fire detection system.
