Any portion of land from which topsoil has been removed under a permit issued within the provisions of this chapter shall be reseeded or replanted with grass or other satisfactory planting within six months from such removal, in order to prevent erosion, creation of dust or other conditions of nuisance, and a cash bond shall be deposited with the Building Inspector of the Municipality conditioned to carry out the provisions of this section and in such amount as will assure, in the opinion of the Building Inspector, a full compliance with this section.
