1339.02 CREATING NUISANCE PROHIBITED.

No permit shall be issued for the removal of topsoil where because of the development of surrounding properties a nuisance would be created by the removal because of dust or other unsafe or unhealthy conditions. (Ord. 1957-34. Passed 10-24-57.)
