There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition of detached one- and two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings (townhouses) not more than three stories in height with a separate means of egress and their accessory structures and in the City of Willoughby Hills and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings as contained in the Ohio Building and Related Codes, Edition 2005, including any future amendments and/or editions, save and except such portions hereinafter added, modified or deleted.
