There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, that certain Code known as Ohio Building Code and Related Codes, 2005 Edition, as created by the Ohio Building Officials Association (OBOA), with the support of the Ohio Home Builders Association, as the Building Code of the City of Willoughby Hills for the purpose of regulating the design, construction, alteration, repair, removal, maintenance, equipment, use and occupancy, location and demolition of all buildings and structures within the City.
