107.07 NONCOMPLIANCE.

(a) The failure of any City official or employee or any Municipal body to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall not invalidate any action taken not in compliance with this chapter.

(b) The failure of any City official or employee or any Municipal body to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall not subject such official or employee or Municipal body to either civil or criminal liability on account of such failure.
