Beginning in the southerly corporation line of the City of Willoughby Hills, the same being the line which separates the County of Lake from the County of Cuyahoga, at its intersection with the centerline of Rockefeller Road;
Thence westerly along said line which separates the County of Lake from the County of Cuyahoga to a corner therein;
Thence northerly along said line which separates the County of Lake from the County of Cuyahoga to its intersection with the line which separates the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Wickliffe;
Thence easterly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby Hills from the City of Wickliffe to its intersection with the centerline of Rockefeller Road;
Thence southeasterly along said centerline of Rockefeller Road to its intersection with the centerline of Eddy Road;
Thence easterly along said centerline of Eddy Road to its intersection with the centerline of Oak Street;
Thence southerly along said centerline of Oak Street to its intersection with the centerline of Chardon Road (U.S. Route No. 6);
Thence westerly along said centerline of Chardon Road to its intersection with the aforesaid centerline of Rockefeller Road;
Thence southerly along said centerline of Rockefeller Road to the point of beginning.
